Description

We worked with local fashion designer Lorne Sleem, of Easy Money Clothing, to create a T-shirt with a purpose for Black History Month.
This is what the design means to Sleem, in his own words:
 
I have experienced casual racism living in Utah.
In many cases, people are oblivious of their actions.
I love Utah and want this project to help people become more aware of how we can erase racism.
If we are more aware, more inclusive, we can make progress.
The design itself calls back to a 1970’s look, which ties in with the birth of the Jazz as an NBA franchise.
To make it feel more custom, I collaborated with my 7-year-old son on the hand typography and heart shape.
I hope this style will resonate with everyone.
The focus for this Black History Month shirt is that — regardless of your race, your age or where you are from, whether you’re a player or a fan — together we are stronger in our mission to create change.
We are Stronger Together.
